Bloomberg.com: U.K.: Michael Moore Calls for Blair Film, Saying `What's His Excuse?

Bloomberg.com: U.K.: "Moore's film, which opened two weeks ago in the U.S. and Canada as the top-grossing movie and best-ever documentary, may affect Bush's campaign for re-election, campaign officials told the Washington Post. The film opens in British cinemas this week.
``The relationship between Blair and Bush -- it's like if you have two kids and one's 12 and one's 7, and you leave them with the baby sitter and then all hell breaks loose,'' Moore said. ``You come back and you don't blame the 7-year-old, you blame the 12-year-old. You say, `Now you knew better.' What were you doing, Tony Blair, involving yourself in invading a sovereign country?''
Moore said he included pictures of Iraqi families and children in his film because the media have `dehumanized' Iraq with images of Saddam Hussein. Moore said he wants British viewers to see that civilians killed in U.S. and U.K. bombing raids were leading normal lives. ``It's those children that ended up dead and their blood is on our hands -- British and American hands. Someday, we're going to pay.'' "
