'Fahrenheit' features Flint

'Fahrenheit' features Flint: "Michael Moore works from an international stage in 'Fahrenheit 9/11,' but his controversial new film gives more screen time to Flint than any other American locale.
Moore's documentary ?a blistering criticism of President Bush and the war in Iraq ?devotes about 20 minutes of its two hours to interviews and footage of Flint and Flintites, as Moore depicts his hometown as a prime location where military recruiters attract disadvantaged youths with limited job options.

'Fahrenheit 9/11,' previewed to Michigan film critics Monday, is considered one of the year's most highly anticipated films because of its hot-button content and potential impact on the upcoming presidential election. The R-rated movie will open nationally on Friday in more than 500 theaters, including Showcase Cinemas West in Flint Township. "
