"I'm getting ready to appear on CNN's Crossfire today. I'm going to be facing off with a radio talk show host from San Francisco, one of the people defending the effort to get movie theater owners to refuse to show Michael Moore's new movie Fahrenheit 911.

I saw the film last week, along with my 15-year-old daughter, and found it incredibly powerful and thought provoking, so it's not surprising that those on the right are trying to stand in the way of its widespread distribution.

Not surprising, but deeply troubling. Dissent has become a dirty word to the Bush administration and those that support it. "
