The transcript is available on the Fox website.

O'Reilly was a leg up on _anyone_ who appears on his show just because he can call for director, cameraman, or sound mixer to cut the other guy at his whim. As hot-headed as Moore can be, I expected him to be a trivially easy conquest for Bill.

That wasn't the case though. Moore was persitent without be arrogant. Made O'Reilly look like the weasel with Bill's insistence that "not telling the truth" is really different from "lying". And when one boils down the essence of just why we are in Iraq (as opposed to some other dictatorial country), the waffling propagandist really didn't look to be Mr. Moore.

If you had never seen Bill O'Reilly's show before, you'd probably think it came out as a draw. But with the way O'Reilly usually crushes his interviewees, I think the advantage clearly went to Michael Moore because he was able to make a clear point, not be harassed or humiliated, and didn't destroy his own credibility with an irrational diatribe or by flying off the handle.

My guess is that while you'll probably hear more about Moore in the future, it's unlikely we'll see him appear again.
